Step 1 MAIL ORDER
Please contact your wanted items and country of the destination to me.
Cart system cannot be used.
Then I check stock and reply you about payment.
Step 2 ORDER CONFIRMATION
We deliver the items ordered from you by DHL or EMS.
Please note that the shipping charge is estimated value.
We will e-mail you about total amount billed including exact shipping fee after delivery.
Unfortunately, if there is any item that is not available to overseas, including the sold item or back ordered item from your order, your order will be canceled.
Step 3 PAYMENT
Please make payment and inform me information of the destination.
Step 4 DELIVERY
You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and clearance charged by your country.
Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country.
If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agent. Policies on these taxes vary in each country.
You may want to check with your local customs department for an estimate of these charges as they are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order.

We ship our products with the invoice based on our company policy.
The invoice should be attached to the shipping.
The product and invoice come together as our rule.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a policy of a no refund, no exchange and cancellation for international shipping services.
ABOUT SHIPPING FEE
We can not accept any return / refund caused by customer's preference, address unknown, overrun the storage period, and be seized by customs.
The above prices reflect shipping all your items together.
If some of your items are on back order and you choose to have them ship separately, the shipping charges would be more.

For orders from abroad, for whatever reason You can not cancel after your order.

You should not pay the consumption tax of Japan. We don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan.
Therefore, prices of items become about 10% cheap. Please divide the item price by 1.1. It is the item price for foreign customer.

WHEN YOUR ITEM IS BROKEN
when the item is damaged and delivered to the receiver, the latter has to preserve the postal item in the current condition and make a statement regarding the missing part of the package or damaged item in the local Post Office.
Please follow the procedure below.
- Hold on to broken items, package and shipping materials. They will be necessary when we apply compensation.
- Visit the nearest post office with broken items, package, shipping materials and shipment invoice.
- File a damage report at post office.
- After the damage report is made, please send an email to our shop.
- Later, we will shipping you new items.
